Chris Krencicki is the owner and operator of CK Appraisals, an Independent Material Damage and Diminished Value Appraisal Company. He has been appraising material damage and diminished values for all types of vehicles for over 20 years. He was licensed as a Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser by the North Carolina Department of Insurance in May 2006. Before relocating to North Carolina, he held a Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Damage Appraiser License, was a Licensed Inspector and Emissions Mechanic and ASE certified.
With an Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chris has extensive experience rebuilding the motors of cars, trucks, boats and motorcycles. In his spare time, he enjoys motorcycle and marine customization and fabrication.
Before starting CK Appraisals, he was employed in-house for several insurance companies. He has experience communicating with insurance adjusters, collision centers and attorneys.
He has also served as an expert Appraiser in a New Jersey mediation.
He has worked and prepared appraisals in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey and South Carolina.
He currently prepares appraisals for material damage, diminished (diminution) value and total losses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
